Synopsis
Laurent Perrier has made an irrevocable decision. Not out of despair, but from deep conviction. Before leaving, he wants to settle his affairs and make sure nothing is left unresolved. He therefore summons his daughter to his country house. But as the situation is already tense, an unfamiliar figure knocks at the door and, with him, all family peace shatters.
Between this unexpected visitor, a will that promises to make waves, and a neighbor who refuses to let go, what was meant to be a calm departure quickly spirals into chaos.
In trying to control everything to the end, Laurent triggers exactly what he sought to avoid and forces everyone to answer a question they’d rather dodge: to whom does our life belong?
A human, tender and relevant comedy about the weight of secrets, awkward love, and the right to choose.
