The skin doesn’t react: it communicates. Every redness, inflammation, or change in the skin can tell us more than what appears on the surface. Neuropelle presents an innovative view of the skin as the meeting point between biology, emotions, and the body’s adaptive processes.
The Volume
The book guides readers to discover the links between the skin, the gut, nutrition, stress, and the nervous system, offering an integrated lens for the most common skin problems: acne, rosacea, psoriasis, dermatitis, and other conditions often viewed solely from a clinical standpoint.
Alongside the biological explanations, the psychosomatic perspective gains space: the symptom becomes a message, a signal that reflects emotional experiences, coping strategies, and deep dynamics. Through practical tools of functional nutrition, supplementation, self-regulation, facial reading, and the use of Australian flowers, Neuropelle offers concrete guidance to understand and support the processes that influence skin health. A journey that helps look beyond the symptom, to recognize in the skin a valuable ally in understanding oneself and one’s balance.
