The new show Luc the Millionaire?, which offers an inside look into the life of Luc Poirier and is hosted by Pierre-Yves McSween, has finally premiered on Crave. This has sparked excitement among viewers eager to get a glimpse into the daily life of this wealthy businessman.
In the very first episode, viewers get a rare insight as Luc Poirier opens up about a traumatic experience from his past. The episode reveals that during a period when Luc was selling electronic equipment and running multiple computer stores, he was robbed at gunpoint — not just once, but twice.
“I’ve been robbed at gunpoint twice,”
Poirier recounts, describing the terrifying moments.
“Both times, the guns were pointed at me. I’ll never forget it because the barrel was incredibly cold, and it was pressed right against my forehead. The robber was very nervous… It wasn’t just cold, but he was also shaking, which hit me even harder…”
Poirier shares that the robber didn’t walk away empty-handed. “He didn’t leave empty-handed because I told him, ‘Don’t mess with me, or I’ll get you.’ That probably scared him enough to make him leave,” he explains, emphasizing his calm yet assertive attitude during the incident.
“So I think that scared him, and he just took off,”
Poirier concludes. His brave stance during these frightening moments clearly demonstrates that Luc has never been the type to back down — not in business, nor in life.
