Osteopathy: Open Special Listings to Maximize ROI

The National Federation of the Orders TSRM and PSTRP recently opened the Special Exhaustion Lists, effectively launching the operational phase of the profession’s regulatory pathway.

A long-awaited milestone that the ROI – Registro Osteopati d’Italia welcomes with great satisfaction.

There are over 15,000 osteopaths who potentially should access the Special Lists, a figure that underscores the scale of what is starting today,” says Mauro Longobardi, president of ROI – Registro Osteopati d’Italia. “After many years of waiting and hard work, we are pleased that professionals can finally begin the journey that, through the Special Lists, will lead them to the Osteopaths’ professional register; the natural home of our profession, able to guarantee identity, representation and protection for both patients and professionals.”

Longobardi highlights the possibility that different needs may arise and that some challenges could emerge. A delicate phase is opening, one that will require time, attention and ongoing dialogue. ROI’s hope is that this final stretch of the process unfolds fairly and in an orderly manner, taking into account the specificity of the various cases that may present themselves.
